1.  대상자: 청연학사-계절거주 학생(~1/21까지 거주자)

2. 퇴사기한: 2026. 1. 21.(수) 오전 11시까지

3. 퇴사 후 점검 사항

  1) 2026. 1. 21.(수) 오전 11시 이후 방에 남아있는 짐은 버린 것으로 간주하여 폐기 처리

  2) 방 또는 화장실 청소 불량 시 벌점 부여

  3) 주류 반입 및 실내 흡연의 증거가 명백한 경우 (예: 빈 술병, 담배냄새 밴 방, 담배꽁초 발견 등) 벌점 부여 및 다음 학기 입사 제한

  4) 2026. 1. 21.(수) 오전 11시까지 안내실에 카드 키 미반납 사생은 제증명 발급 제한

  5) 카드키를 비롯하여 생활관에서 지급한 모든 물품은 각 안내실에 본인이 직접 반납·확인하고 퇴사(친구 전달 금지 / 분실, 파손 시 직접 수수료 납부)

4. 퇴사절차

      방 청소 및 짐 정리 ▶ 연세포털-입/퇴사처리 메뉴를 통해 "퇴사 처리" ▶ 각 학사 안내실 방문 ▶ ① 카드키 반납, ② 퇴사 서명 ▶ 퇴사 완료

“퇴사 처리” 

1) 방법: 연세포털 로그인 > 기숙사 > "입/퇴사 처리" 메뉴

2) 내용: 퇴사일 작성, 생활관 시설물 및 비품 불량․파손 여부 체크

※ 퇴사 처리 기한 이후 카드키 및 방 시설(비품) 파손이 발견될 경우 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다.

※ 퇴사점검표 비품/시설물 점검 리스트: 냉장고 청소/파손 여부, 방비, 건조대, 의자, 책상, 책꽂이, 침대, 옷장, 변기솔, 방청소, 샤워헤드 복구 여부*, 기타(화장실청소 등)

   * 개인용 샤워헤드 사용 시 퇴실 시에는 기존 샤워헤드로 복구

2025-Winter Move-out Notice(Short-term,~1/21)

1. Eligibility: Cheong-Yeon/Short-term residency(~1/21)

2. Move-out Due Date: Jan 21st (Wed) 11:00

3. Checkpoints before move-out

  1) Leftover stuffs in every room after Jan 21st (Wed) 11:00 will be considered as thrown away and discarded.

  2) If your room and bathroom are not clean after moving-out, you will be given demerit points.

  3) If there is clear evidence of bringing alcoholic beverages into the dorm or smoking indoors (e.g., empty alcohol bottles, rooms with a strong smell of cigarettes, discovery of cigarette butts, etc.), demerit points will be imposed and application for the following semester will be restricted

  4) If you do not return your key-card(or regular key) until Jan 21st (Wed) 11:00, there may be restrictions on the issuance of school certificate.

  5) Please return the stuffs the dormitory provided when you check-out. Please do not deliver it to friend. (e.g. Card Key)

4. Move-out procedure

    Clean your room and organize belongings ▶ Log in to Yonsei Portal → “Check-in/Check-out[퇴사처리]” menu → Complete "Move-Out Processing" ▶ Visit the dorm office ▶ Return key card + Sign move-out form ▶ Move-out complete

“Check-in/Check-out[퇴사처리]” Details

1. How to: Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → “Check-in/Check-out”
2. Required info: Enter move-out date, check for any facility damage or missing items

※ If any key card or room item damage is found after the deadline, a fee will be charged.
※ Move-out checklist includes: Refrigerator (clean/damage), mosquito net, drying rack, chair, desk, bookshelf, bed, wardrobe, toilet brush, room cleanliness, showerhead restoration*, etc.

•   * If a personal showerhead was used, please reinstall the original before leaving.

2025-冬季学期生活馆退宿通知(~1/21)

1. 对象:青延学士-入宿生(~1/21)

2. 退宿期限: 2026. 1. 21.(周三) 11:00

3. 退宿后检查事项

  1)  2026. 1. 21.(周三) 11:00点以后留在房间的行李会被视为丢弃,任意处理

  2) 房间或卫生间清扫不良时可能会被扣分

  3) 室内吸烟的证据明显时(ex.发现带有烟味的房间、烟头等)。室内饮酒的证据明显时(ex.发现酒瓶等)。

  ※ 可能会被扣分和限制下学期的入宿。

  4)  2026. 1. 21.(周三) 11:00点为止,未返还房卡，钥匙的学生，可能会限制发放证明书，

        请务必返还后 退宿。

  5) 包括房卡，钥匙在内,生活馆支付的所有物品由本人亲自返还、确认后退宿。

    （禁止转交朋友/丢失、破损时缴纳手续费）

4. 退宿程序

     打扫房间并整理行李 ▶ 登录延世门户 → “入住/退宿处理”菜单 → 完成“退宿处理[퇴사처리]” ▶ 前往各学舍值班室 ▶ 交还门卡 + 签署退宿表 ▶ 完成退宿

“退宿处理[퇴사처리]”内容
 1）操作方法：延世门户 → 宿舍 → “入住/退宿处理”
 2）内容：填写退宿日期、确认设施及家具是否损坏

  ※ 若在退宿截止后发现卡或设备损坏，将收取相关费用
  ※ 检查项目包括：冰箱清洁/损坏、蚊帐、晾衣架、椅子、书桌、书架、床、衣柜、马桶刷、房间清洁、淋浴喷头恢复*、其他（如浴室清洁）

• * 使用个人淋浴喷头者，请在退宿前恢复原状
