제1조(목적) 

이 사칙은 연세대학교 미래캠퍼스 미래생활관 운영규정 제1장 3조에 의거 사생이 입사기간 중 질서 있는 공동생활을 영위하기 위하여 준수할 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Rules is to prescribe the matters to be observed by residents in order to maintain an orderly communal living environment during their period of residence, in accordance with Article 3, Chapter 1 of the Dormitory Operation Regulations of Yonsei University Mirae Campus.

 

제2조(입사) 

① 미래생활관 운영규정 제4장 14조에 해당되지 않는 자로서 새 학기 전 신청을 받아 운영규정 제16조에 해당하는 자의 입사를 생활관장이 허락한다.

② 입사기간은 한 학기를 단위로 하며 기간 중 특별한 사유가 없는 한 퇴사할 수 없다.

③ 입사허가를 받은 학생은 기간 내에 생활관 입사비와 비품관리보증금을 납입한후 입사할 수 있으며, 입사비는 학기 단위로 납부한다. 단, 비품관리보증금은 생활관을 퇴사하는 경우 환불한다.

Article 2 (Admission)

① The Director of the Dormitory shall grant admission to applicants who do not fall under Article 14, Chapter 4 of the Dormitory Operation Regulations and who meet the qualifications set forth in Article 16 of the said Regulations, following an application process conducted prior to the commencement of a new semester.

② The period of residence shall be on a per-semester basis, and residents shall not withdraw during the term without justifiable cause.

③ Students who have been granted admission may move in upon payment of the dormitory fee and the fixture management deposit within the prescribed period. The dormitory fee shall be paid on a per-semester basis, and the fixture management deposit shall be refunded upon departure from the dormitory.

 

제5조(외부인 출입)

① 사생은 사무실 혹은 사감의 허가 없이 외부인을 기숙사 내부에 대동할 수 없으며, 특히 외부인의 숙박은 금한다.

② 특별사안이 있는 경우는 해당 방친구의 허락 하에 사무실(또는 사감)의 허가를 득한 후 안내실의 안내 절차에 따라 출입할 수 있다.

Article 5 (Access by Non-Residents)

① Residents shall not bring non-residents into the dormitory without prior approval from the administrative office or the Dormitory Supervisor. In particular, overnight stays by non-residents are strictly prohibited.

② In exceptional cases, non-residents may be granted access with the consent of the roommate(s) and prior approval from the administrative office (or Dormitory Supervisor), and shall comply with the prescribed entry procedures at the reception desk.

사생은 다음의 시간을 준수하여야 한다.

생활관 건물 내에서는 음주와 흡연을 금한다.

제11조(사생대표)

사생 대표 및 임원은 사생들에 의하여 자율적으로 선출하며 임기 및 선출시기는 사생회 회칙으로 따로 정한다. 단, 사생대표 및 임원은 임기 중 기숙사 입사자로 한다.

Article 11 (Resident Representative) The resident representative and officers shall be elected autonomously by the residents, and the term of office and timing of election shall be separately prescribed by the bylaws of the Residents’ Association. Provided, however, that the resident representative and officers shall be dormitory residents during their term of office.

 

제12조(사생회)

사생회의 구성을 위하여 별도의 사생회 회칙을 둔다.

Article 12 (Residents’ Association) Separate bylaws shall be established for the organization and operation of the Residents’ Association.

 

제13조(사내모임)

① 정기모임 : 매 학기 2회(입ㆍ퇴사예배)

② 임시모임 : 특별히 필요한 경우 사생대표 회의의 의견을 모아 모임 3일전까지 생활관장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

Article 13 (Dormitory Meetings)

① Regular Meetings: Meetings shall be held twice per semester (opening and closing chapel services).

② Special Meetings: Where deemed necessary, a meeting may be convened upon collecting the opinions of the resident representative council and obtaining approval from the Director of the Dormitory at least three days prior to the meeting.

 

제14조(광고물 게시와 택배) 

① 게시물 또는 광고물은 사전에 생활관의 허가를 받고 검인을 받아 지정된 게시판에 게시하여야 한다.

② 택배는 사생 개인과 택배회사와의 사적인 거래이므로 안내실이나 생활관 사무 실에서는 분실과 도난에 대한 책임이 없다.

Article 14 (Posting of Notices and Delivery Services)

① Notices or advertisements shall receive prior approval from the dormitory, be officially stamped, and be posted only on designated bulletin boards.

② Parcel deliveries constitute private transactions between individual residents and delivery service providers; accordingly, the reception desk and dormitory office shall bear no responsibility for any loss or theft.

 

제15조(점검)

사감, 사감조교는 생활 점검을 할 수 있으며 모든 사생은 생활 점검을 받을 의무가 있다.

Article 15 (Inspection) The Dormitory Supervisor and Assistant Dormitory Supervisors may conduct inspections of residents’ living conditions, and all residents shall be obligated to comply with such inspections.

 

제16조(상벌)

생활관에는 별도의 상·벌점 기준표를 작성하여 시행한다.

① (상점)

  1. 벌점이 없는 학생 중 일정한 기준 이상의 상점을 받은 학생은 다음 학기 입사생 선발 시 우선입사 대상자로 고려될 수 있다.

  2. 벌점이 있는 학생은 해당 상점을 받은 만큼 벌점을 감할 수 있다. 단 위반사항이 중대하다고 판단되는 경우 학생이 취득한 상점은 고려되지 않을 수 있다.

② (벌점)

  1. (퇴사명령) 사감은 상벌점 누계 -10점이하인 학생을 생활관장에게 보고하여야 한다. 생활관장은 퇴사를 명할 수 있으며, 학과장에게 통보한다.

  2. (벌점 과다자) 벌점 과다자는 다음 학기 기숙사 입사 선발에 불이익을 받을 수있으며 벌점만큼의 상점을 받아야 입사신청을 할 수 있다.

③ (강제퇴사) 학교의 명예훼손, 성범죄 등 중대 사안에 연루된 경우 강제퇴사 할수 있다.

Article 16 (Rewards and Disciplinary Measures) The Dormitory shall establish and enforce a separate set of standards governing reward and disciplinary points.

① (Reward Points)

  1. Students with no accumulated penalty points who have obtained reward points exceeding a prescribed threshold may be given preferential consideration in the selection process for dormitory admission in the subsequent semester.

  2. Students with accumulated penalty points may have such points reduced in proportion to the reward points earned; provided, however, that where a violation is deemed serious, the reward points earned may be disregarded.

② Penalty Points

  1. Eviction Order: Where a student’s cumulative penalty points reach -10 or below, the Dormitory Supervisor shall report the matter to the Director of the Dormitory, who may order the student’s eviction and shall notify the head of the relevant academic department.

  2. Excessive Penalty Points: Students with excessive penalty points may be subject to disadvantage in the dormitory admission selection process for the subsequent semester and shall be eligible to apply for admission only after obtaining reward points equivalent to the accumulated penalty points.

③ Compulsory Eviction

A student may be subject to compulsory eviction in cases involving serious misconduct, including but not limited to acts that damage the reputation of the University or sexual offenses.

 

제17조(변상)

사생이 고의 또는 과실로 시설물이나 기물을 분실 또는 훼손하였을 때는 이를 변상하여야 한다.

Article 17 (Compensation for Damage or Loss)

Where a resident causes loss of or damage to facilities or fixtures through intent or negligence, the resident shall be liable for compensation.

 

제18조(퇴사 및 입사비 환급)

① 학기 중에 퇴사할 경우 퇴사신청서를 작성하여 제출하고, 퇴사절차(ⓐ퇴사서명, ⓑ지급물품반납)를 따른다.

② 환불은 실제 퇴사일을 기준으로 하되, 퇴사신청서를 퇴사일 이후에 제출한 경우에는 퇴사신청서 접수일을 기준으로 진행한다.

③ 공식 입사일 1일 이전까지 환불을 신청하는 경우 전액 환불한다. 공식 입사일 부터 13주차 사이에 환불을 신청하는 경우, 입사여부와 상관없이 위약금(입사비의 20%)을 공제한 후 남은 기간에 대해 환불한다. 14주차 이후 퇴사하는 경우 환불 하지 아니한다. 단, 군입대 또는 질병휴학(의사진단서 첨부)의 경우 위약금을 공제 하지 않는다.

④ 학기말 퇴사 시 청소 및 비품상태를 점검한 후 손실 비용(카드키, 열쇠, 열쇠 고리,건조대 등)을 청구한다. 단, 손실비용을 납부하지 않았을 경우 증명서 발급제재 등을 할 수 있다.

⑤ 퇴사명령 및 강제퇴사 된 경우에는 6개월 이내에 재입사 할 수 없으며, ③항의 기준에 따라 산출되는 환불 금액의 70%를 환불한다. 단, 14주차 이후 강제퇴사 시 환불하지아니한다.

Article 18 (Move-Out and Refund of Dormitory Fees)

① In the event of moving out during the semester, the resident shall complete and submit a move-out application form and comply with the prescribed move-out procedures (ⓐ move-out confirmation, ⓑ return of issued items).

② Refunds shall be calculated based on the actual date of move-out; provided, however, that where the move-out application is submitted after the date of move-out, the date of receipt of the application shall serve as the basis for calculation.

③ Where a refund is requested up to one day prior to the official move-in date, a full refund shall be granted. Where a refund is requested from the official move-in date through the 13th week, a penalty (20% of the dormitory fee) shall be deducted regardless of occupancy, and the remaining amount shall be refunded on a pro rata basis for the unused period. No refund shall be granted for move-out occurring after the 14th week. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in cases of military enlistment or leave of absence due to illness (with a medical certificate attached), the penalty shall not be deducted.

④ Upon move-out at the end of the semester, cleaning and the condition of fixtures shall be inspected, and charges shall be imposed for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, card keys, keys, key rings, and drying racks). Where such charges are not paid, administrative restrictions, including limitations on the issuance of certificates, may be imposed.

⑤ In cases of eviction by order or compulsory eviction, the resident shall not be eligible for readmission within six (6) months, and seventy percent (70%) of the refund amount calculated in accordance with Paragraph 3 shall be refunded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no refund shall be granted in cases of compulsory eviction occurring after the 14th week.
