2026년도 1학기 기숙사 입사 안내(외부인 출입 안내)

※ 외부인 출입: 입사 시 짐을 옮기는 정도만 가능(짐 옮긴 후 바로 나오셔야 합니다.)

※ 자차를 이용하여 짐을 옮기실 경우, 원활한 입사를 위해 차량 통제 도우미의 지시를 잘 따라주시기 바랍니다.

외부인 출입 가능 시간

■ 2월 22일(일) 14:00 ~ 21:00

■ 2월 23일(월) ~ 2월 25일(수) 10:00 ~ 20:00

■ 2월 28일(토) ~ 3월 2일(월) 10:00 ~ 20:00

입사생 본인만 입사하는 경우, 외부인 출입 가능 시간과 관계없이 22일 2시 이후 원하는 시간에 자유롭게 입사하실 수 있습니다.
다만, 타 입사생에게 피해를 줄 수 있으니 가능하다면 22:00 이전에 입사해 주시기를 요청드립니다.

□ 입사 안내

1. 입사 당일 절차: 학사 입구 안내실 방문 → 필요 서류 제출(결핵검진) → 본인 신분증 확인 → 카드키 수령 → 입사

※ 필수 제출 서류(미제출 시 입사 불가): 결핵 검진 결과지 1부 (흉부 엑스레이 검사)

※ 검사 결과지는 2026. 1. 1. 이후 검진한 건만 인정됨 / 3월 9일(월) 까지 제출 (제출 기간 이후 하루당 벌점 1점씩 부과)

2. 입사 시 유의사항

  가. 준비 물품: 신분증, 세면도구, 의류 및 침구류, 개인 물품, 랜선(무선 공유기)

    ※ 매지1,2,3학사에 한하여 각 사생실 무선 WIFI 제공하므로 개인공유기 불필요(단, 유선 인터넷 사용 불가)

  나. 반입 금지 물품: 전열기기(전기장판, 전기방석, 커피머신, 커피포트, 고데기, 다리미 등), 인화성 물품, 전동 스쿠터, 애완동물, 사행성 물건 등 [적발 시 벌점 부여됨]

  다. 반입 허용 물품: 헤어 드라이기, 컴퓨터, 스탠드, 공기청정기, 가습기(USB형) 등

3. 사칙 및 생활 관련

 가. 택배 분실은 생활관에서 책임지지 않습니다.

 나. 생활관 입사생은 사내 흡연, 사내 음주, 주류 반입이 철저히 금지됩니다.

 다. 배정받은 호실 외의 공실을 무단으로 사용할 경우, 퇴사 조치되며 공실 무단 점유 기간에 대한 사용료가 청구됩니다.

 라.배정받은 호실의 침대, 책상 번호 외의 공간을 사용할 경우, 벌점이 부과됩니다.

Spring Semester 2026 Dormitory Move-in – Visitor Access Notice

※ Visitor Access: Visitors are allowed only for assisting with moving luggage. After helping with the move-in, visitors must leave immediately.

※ If you are using a private vehicle to move your belongings, please follow the instructions of the traffic control staff to ensure a smooth move-in process.

Visitor Access Hours

■ February 22 (Sun) 14:00 – 21:00
■ February 23 (Mon) – February 25 (Wed) 10:00 – 20:00
■ February 28 (Sat) – March 2 (Mon) 10:00 – 20:00

Students moving in alone may enter freely at any time after 2:00 PM on February 22, regardless of visitor access hours.
However, to avoid inconvenience to other residents, you are strongly advised to move in before 10:00 PM whenever possible.

□ Move-in Information

1. Move-in Day Procedure

 Visit the dormitory entrance desk → Submit required documents (TB test result) → ID verification → Receive card key → Move in

  ※ Required Document (Move-in not permitted without submission): One copy of the Tuberculosis (TB) test result (Chest X-ray)

•       Only test results issued on or after January 1, 2026 will be accepted. The document must be submitted by March 9 (Mon). One penalty point per day will be imposed after the deadline.

2. Important Notes for Move-in

 a. Items to Prepare: ID card, Toiletries, Clothing and bedding. Personal belongings, LAN cable (wireless router)

  ※ For Magi 1, 2, and 3 Dormitories only, in-room Wi-Fi is provided. Personal routers are not necessary. (Wired internet connection is not available.)

 b. Prohibited Items: Heating appliances (electric blankets, electric cushions, coffee machines, electric kettles, hair irons, irons, etc.), Flammable items, Electric scooters, Pets, Gambling-related items [Penalty points will be imposed if detected.]

 c. Permitted Items: Hair dryers, Computers, Desk lamps, Air purifiers, USB-type humidifiers

3. Rules and Residential Guidelines

 a. The residence hall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 b. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and bringing alcoholic beverages into the dormitory are strictly prohibited.

 c. Unauthorized use of vacant rooms other than your assigned room will result in eviction and charges for the period of unauthorized occupancy.

 d. Using bed or desk spaces other than those assigned to you will result in penalty points.

2026学年第1学期宿舍入住期间外来人员出入通知

※ 外来人员出入说明： 入住当天仅可协助搬运行李，搬运完成后须立即离开宿舍。

※ 如使用私家车搬运行李，请配合现场交通引导人员的指示，以确保入住流程顺利进行。

外来人员可出入时间

■ 2月22日（周日） 14:00 – 21:00
■ 2月23日（周一）– 2月25日（周三） 10:00 – 20:00
■ 2月28日（周六）– 3月2日（周一） 10:00 – 20:00

如仅学生本人办理入住，可不受外来人员出入时间限制，自2月22日14:00起可自行选择时间入住。
但为避免影响其他入住学生，建议尽量在22:00之前完成入住。

□ 入住说明

1. 入住当天流程

 前往宿舍楼入口服务台 → 提交必要材料（结核检查结果）→ 核对本人身份证件 → 领取门禁卡 → 入住

  ※ 必须提交材料（未提交不得入住）： 结核（TB）检查结果1份（胸部X光检查报告）

•       仅认可2026年1月1日以后进行的检查结果。
•       请于3月9日（周一）前提交。逾期每天将扣1分（违纪分）。

2. 入住注意事项

a. 需准备物品: 身份证件, 洗漱用品, 衣物及床上用品, 个人物品, 网线（无线路由器）

※ 仅限梅芝1、2、3号宿舍楼房间内提供无线Wi-Fi，因此无需自带路由器（但不提供有线网络）。

b. 禁止携带物品: 电热类电器（电热毯、电热坐垫、咖啡机、电热水壶、卷发棒、熨斗等）, 易燃物品, 电动滑板车, 宠物 , 赌博相关物品（如被发现将扣违纪分）

c. 允许携带物品: 吹风机, 电脑, 台灯, 空气净化器, USB型加湿器

3. 宿舍规定及生活须知

 a. 宿舍对快递丢失不承担责任。

 b. 严禁在宿舍内吸烟、饮酒及携带酒类进入宿舍。

 c. 擅自使用非本人分配房间的空床位，将被责令退宿，并需缴纳违规占用期间的住宿费用。

 d. 使用非本人分配的床位或书桌位置，将被扣违纪分。
