2026년도 2학기 기숙사 입사 안내(외부인 출입 안내)

※ 외부인 출입: 입사 시 짐을 옮기는 정도만 가능(짐 옮긴 후 바로 나오셔야 합니다.)

※ 자차를 이용하여 짐을 옮기실 경우, 원활한 입사를 위해 차량 통제 도우미의 지시를 잘 따라주시기 바랍니다.

외부인 출입 가능 시간

■ 8월 28일(금) 15:00 ~ 20:00

■ 8월 29일(토) ~ 8월 31일(월) 10:00 ~ 20:00

입사생 본인만 입사하는 경우, 외부인 출입 가능 시간과 관계없이 28일 15시 이후 원하는 시간에 자유롭게 입사하실 수 있습니다.
다만, 타 입사생에게 피해를 줄 수 있으니 가능하다면 22:00 이전에 입사해 주시기를 요청드립니다.

□ 입사 안내

1. 입사 당일 절차: 학사 입구 안내실 방문 → 필요 서류 제출(결핵검진) → 본인 신분증 확인 → 카드키 수령 → 입사

※ 필수 제출 서류: 결핵 검진 결과지 1부 (흉부 엑스레이 검사)

    1) 당해연도 7월 1일 이후 방식 검사 결과만 인정

    2) 결핵검사는 흉부 X-ray 검사 결과만 인정

　3) 보건증 또는 군 신체검사 결과서에 포함된 결핵검사 결과도 제출 가능 (개인정보가 과도하게 포함된 건강검진 결과 전체 서류 제출은 제한될 수 있음)

  ※ 입사 당일 제출해야 하며 미제출시 입사가 제한됩니다. 

2. 입사 시 유의사항

 1) 준비 물품: 신분증, 세면도구, 의류 및 침구류, 랜선 및 무선 공유기

   ※ 택배를 보낼 경우, 입사일 이전에 도착하는 것은 로비에 적치되며 택배 분실은 생활관에서 책임지지 않습니다.

   ※ 매지1,2,3학사는 무선 WIFI 사용으로 개인공유기가 불필요합니다. (유선 인터넷 사용 불가)

  2) 반입 금지 물품: 고데기, 청소기, 각종 전열기, 허용 물품 외 모든 전기제품, 개인 가구, 애완동물, 대용량 배터리, 코인 채굴기(※ 코인 채굴기는 적발 즉시 퇴사 조치 및 영구히 입사 제한)

  3) 반입 허용 물품: 드라이기, USB형 선풍기, USB형 공기청정기, USB형 비가열식 가습기

3. 사칙 및 생활 관련

 나. 택배 분실은 생활관에서 책임지지 않습니다.

 다. 생활관 입사생은 사내 흡연, 사내 음주, 주류 반입이 철저히 금지됩니다.

 라. 배정받은 호실 외의 공실을 무단으로 사용할 경우, 퇴사 조치되며 공실 무단 점유 기간에 대한 사용료가 청구됩니다.

 마. 배정받은 호실의 침대, 책상 번호 외의 공간을 사용할 경우, 벌점이 부과됩니다.

※ Visitor Access: Visitors are allowed only for assisting with moving luggage. After helping with the move-in, visitors must leave immediately.

※ If you are using a private vehicle to move your belongings, please follow the instructions of the traffic control staff to ensure a smooth move-in process.

Visitor Access Hours

■ Aug. 28 (Fri), 2026, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
■ Aug. 29 (Sat) – Aug. 31 (Mon), 2026, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Students moving in alone may enter freely at any time after 3:00 PM on February 28, regardless of visitor access hours.
However, to avoid inconvenience to other residents, you are strongly advised to move in before 10:00 PM whenever possible.

□ Move-in Information

1. Check-in Procedure

Visit the dormitory reception desk at the entrance → Submit required documents → Identity verification → Receive key card

※ Required Document: 1 copy of tuberculosis test result (Chest X-ray examination)

  1) Only test results issued after July 1 of the same year are accepted.

  2) Only chest X-ray results are accepted for tuberculosis screening.

  3) Tuberculosis test results included in a health certificate or military medical examination report may also be submitted. (Submission of full health examination reports containing excessive personal information may be restricted.)

※ All required documents must be submitted on the day of check-in. Failure to do so will result in restricted admission.

 2. Important Notes for Move-in

 a. Items to Prepare: ID card, Toiletries, Clothing and bedding. Personal belongings, LAN cable (wireless router)

  ※ For Magi 1, 2, and 3 Dormitories only, in-room Wi-Fi is provided. Personal routers are not necessary. (Wired internet connection is not available.)

 b. Prohibited Items: Heating appliances (electric blankets, electric cushions, coffee machines, electric kettles, hair irons, irons, etc.), Flammable items, Electric scooters, Pets, Gambling-related items [Penalty points will be imposed if detected.]

 c. Permitted Items: Hair dryers, Computers, Desk lamps, USB Air purifiers, USB-type humidifiers

 b. The residence hall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 c. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and bringing alcoholic beverages into the dormitory are strictly prohibited.

 d. Unauthorized use of vacant rooms other than your assigned room will result in eviction and charges for the period of unauthorized occupancy.

 e. Using bed or desk spaces other than those assigned to you will result in penalty points.

2026年第二学期宿舍入住指南（外部人员出入须知）

※ 外来人员出入说明： 入住当天仅可协助搬运行李，搬运完成后须立即离开宿舍。

※ 如使用私家车搬运行李，请配合现场交通引导人员的指示，以确保入住流程顺利进行。

外来人员可出入时间

■ 2026年8月28日（周五）15:00～20:00
■ 2026年8月29日（周六）～8月31日（周一）10:00～20:00

如仅学生本人办理入住，可不受外来人员出入时间限制，自2月28日15:00起可自行选择时间入住。
但为避免影响其他入住学生，建议尽量在22:00之前完成入住。

□ 入住说明

1. 入住流程: 前往宿舍入口接待处 → 提交必要材料 → 身份验证 → 领取门禁卡

※ 必交材料：结核检查结果报告1份（胸部X光检查）

1) 仅认可当年7月1日以后出具的检查结果。

2) 仅认可胸部X光结核检查结果。

3) 健康证明或军队体检报告中包含的结核检查结果亦可提交。（但可能限制提交包含过多个人信息的完整健康体检报告）

※ 必须在入住当天提交，未提交者将限制办理入住。

2. 入住注意事项

a. 需准备物品: 身份证件, 洗漱用品, 衣物及床上用品, 个人物品, 网线（无线路由器）

※ 仅限梅芝1、2、3号宿舍楼房间内提供无线Wi-Fi，因此无需自带路由器（但不提供有线网络）。

b. 禁止携带物品: 电热类电器（电热毯、电热坐垫、咖啡机、电热水壶、卷发棒、熨斗等）, 易燃物品, 电动滑板车, 宠物 , 赌博相关物品（如被发现将扣违纪分）

c. 允许携带物品: 吹风机, 电脑, 台灯, 空气净化器, USB型加湿器

3. 宿舍规定及生活须知

 b. 宿舍对快递丢失不承担责任。

 c. 严禁在宿舍内吸烟、饮酒及携带酒类进入宿舍。

 d. 擅自使用非本人分配房间的空床位，将被责令退宿，并需缴纳违规占用期间的住宿费用。

 e. 使用非本人分配的床位或书桌位置，将被扣违纪分。
