<2024-여름학기 계속거주자 방 이동 관련 안내>

안녕하세요, 생활관 행정팀입니다.

곧 다가오는 2024-여름학기 입사신청 전 사전 안내를 하고자 합니다.

정규학기를 포함해 오랜 기간 동안 입사생들은 방 호실을 바꾸지 않고 계속 거주하는 경우가 있습니다.

이러한 이유로 전체학사 방 상태 노후화(청결 상태, 벌레출몰), 가구 파손이 심각한 상태이며 특히 방 청결에 관한 민원이 많이 들어오고 있습니다.

따라서 2024-여름학기에는 시설 보수 및 방역 문제 해결을 위해 매지3학사를 개방하지 않고 ‘청연학사’만 운영할 예정입니다.

더불어 이번 여름학기에는 청연학사의 계속거주자도 기존 방에서 다른 방으로 이동해야함을 알려드립니다.

방 이동 없이 기존 방에서 거주하려는 사생들의 불편함을 알고 있지만 좀 더 쾌적하고 안전한 환경을 위해 어려운 결정이었음을 양해해주시기 바랍니다.

퇴사일 이후에도 기존 방에 짐이 그대로 방치되어있는 등의 문제가 발생하지 않도록 각별히 유의하기 바랍니다. 호실 이동을 위해 짐 보관장소에 보관하고 당일 청소가 완료되면 새로 배정된 방으로 이동 가능하며, 

매지3학사 계속거주자는 6월24일(월)부터 청연학사로 이동 가능합니다.

사전에 안내한 만큼 2024-여름학기 입사자는 꼭 숙지하셔서 ‘입사 전 짐 처리, 개인적인 퇴사 일정 사전 계획(2024-1학기)’등 입사 준비에 차질이 없도록 하시길 바랍니다.

생활관에서는 안내 미숙지로 발생한 문제에 대하여 책임이 없음을 다시 한번 알려드립니다.

2024-여름학기 입사신청 세부 안내문은 5월 말경에 홈페이지에 공지할 예정입니다.

<2024-夏季学期持续居住者房间移动通知>

你好，这里是生活馆行政处。

我们想提前向即将到来的2024年夏季学期入住申请者做出一些预先通知。

许多入住生在包括正规学期在内的较长一段时间内都选择持续居住在同一房间而不更换房间。

由于这个原因，整个学生宿舍的房间状态已经出现了严重老化（卫生状况不佳、虫类出现）和家具损坏，特别是我们接到了大量的关于房间卫生的投诉。

因此，2024年夏季学期，为了进行设施维护和解决防疫问题，我们将只开放“青延宿舍”，而不开放“梅芝3宿舍”。

另外，我们也想通知这个夏季学期青延宿舍的持续居住者也需要从原房间移动到其他房间。

我们知道一些学生可能会因此感到不便，但我们的决定是为了创造更加舒适和安全的环境，请您谅解。

请特别注意，我们也要求您在离开时不要将行李留在原房间，以防止出现在退宿后行李无法处理的情况。请将行李存放在行李寄存处，完成当天的清洁后即可移动到新分配的房间，而持续居住在梅芝3宿舍的学生可以在6月24日（周一）开始移动到青延宿舍。

鉴于我们提前进行了通知，希望2024年夏季学期入住者能够仔细阅读并遵守‘入住前行李处理，个人退宿时间（2024年第1学期）的提前计划’等入住准备事项，以免出现问题。

我们再次强调，生活馆不对由于未及时了解通知所造成的问题负责。

2024年-夏季学期入住申请的具体通知将于5月底在学校网站上公布。

<Guidance on Continuing Resident Room Movement for the 2024-Summer Semester>

Hello, this is the Housing Office,

This is a guide for all student before applying for the dormitory for the upcoming 2024 summer semester.

For a long time, including the regular semester, students was continue to live without changing their rooms.

For this reason, the state of the entire room is aging (cleanliness, bug appearance), and the furniture is very damaged. As a result, there are many complaints about the cleanliness of the room.

Therefore, in the summer semester of 2024, we will not operate Maeji3 Dormitory to solve facility maintenance and quarantine problems, but will only operate ‘Cheongyeon’

In addition, this summer semester, we would like to inform you that residents who continue to live in Cheongyeon should also move from the existing room to another room.

We know the inconvenience of students who want to live in an existing room without moving to a room, but please understand that it was a difficult decision for a more pleasant and safe environment.

Please be careful not to cause problems such as leaving your luggage in the existing room even after the date of leaving the room. To move your room, you can keep it in the luggage storage area and move to the newly assigned room when the cleaning is completed on the same day, and continuing residents of Maeji3 can move to Cheongyeon from June 24 (Mon).

We hope that anyone entering the dormitory for the summer semester of 2024 will have no disruption in preparing to enter the dormitory, such as handling luggage and planning to go out for personal reasons (1st semester 2024).

We would like to inform you once again that the dormitory is not responsible for the problem caused by the information.

The detailed notice of application for joining the dormitory for the summer semester of 2024 will be announced on the website at the end of May.
