＜방치 물품 처리 안내＞

생활관 공용공간(로비, 세미나실, 기도실 등)에 장기간 방치된 개인 물품으로 인해 통행에 불편이 발생하고, 안전사고 우려 및 해당 공간을 본래의 용도로 사용하지 못하는 사례가 지속적으로 발생하고 있습니다.

이에 따라 생활관 내 공용공간에 방치된 물품에 대하여 아래와 같이 일정 기간 회수 안내 후 일괄 수거 및 폐기 처리할 예정이오니, 해당 물품의 소유자는 반드시 아래 기한 내에 직접 회수하여 주시기 바랍니다.

본 안내는 상당한 기간 동안 공지를 통해 사전 고지하는 사항으로, 공지된 회수 기간 내에 회수되지 않은 물품은 소유자가 해당 물품에 대한 소유권을 포기한 것으로 간주합니다.

임시 보관 기간 종료 후 이루어지는 폐기 처리에 대하여, 생활관은 물품의 분실, 훼손 및 멸실에 따른 민·형사상 어떠한 책임도 지지 않음을 명확히 공지합니다.

귀중품이나 고가품이 포함되지 않도록 본인 물품을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

아울러 미래생활관은 매 학기 짐 보관 및 방치 물품에 대하여 일정 기간 경과 후 폐기 처리됨을 사전에 안내하고 있음을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

회수 요청 기간: 2026. 2. 3.(화)까지

폐기 처리 예정일: 2026. 2. 4.(수) 이후

＜Notice on the Disposal of Abandoned Items＞

Personal belongings left unattended for an extended period in common areas of the residence hall (such as the lobby, seminar rooms, and prayer rooms) have caused inconvenience to passage, raised safety concerns, and prevented these spaces from being used for their intended purposes.

Accordingly, items abandoned in common areas of the residence hall will be subject to collective collection and disposal after a designated notice and retrieval period as outlined below. Owners of such items are required to retrieve their belongings in person within the specified period.

This notice serves as prior notification provided over a sufficient period of time. Any items not retrieved within the announced retrieval period will be deemed to have been abandoned, and ownership of such items will be considered forfeited by the owner.

The residence hall clearly states that it bears no civil or criminal liability for any loss, damage, or destruction of items disposed of after the end of the temporary storage period.

Please ensure that no valuables or high-priced items are left unattended and verify your belongings accordingly.

Please also note that Mirae Residence Hall provides advance notice each semester that stored or abandoned items will be disposed of after a certain period of time.

Retrieval Period: Until Tuesday, February 3, 2026

Scheduled Disposal Date: On or after Wednesday, February 4, 2026

＜遗留物品处理通知＞

长期放置在宿舍公共区域（如大厅、研讨室、祈祷室等）的个人物品，已持续造成通行不便，存在安全隐患，并影响相关场所按其原本用途正常使用。

因此，对于宿舍公共区域内遗留的物品，宿舍方面将在下述公告的领取期限结束后，统一进行清理并予以废弃处理。请相关物品所有人务必在规定期限内亲自前来领取。

本通知已通过公告形式提前并持续发布。凡在公告的领取期限内未领取的物品，将视为物品所有人已放弃该物品的所有权。

临时保管期限结束后所进行的废弃处理，对于物品的遗失、损坏或灭失，宿舍概不承担任何民事或刑事责任，特此明确告知。

请务必确认个人物品中不包含贵重物品或高价值物品。

另请注意，未来生活馆每学期均会提前公告：对寄存或遗留物品，在超过一定期限后将进行废弃处理。

领取期限：截至 2026年2月3日（星期二）

废弃处理时间：2026年2月4日（星期三）起
