2026년 동절기 생활관 난방 가동 안내

일교차가 커짐에 따라 미래생활관 난방 공급을 다음과 같이 운영하고자 안내합니다.

1. 난방 시작일

2026년 10월 14일(수) 15:00부터 난방 공급 예정

※ 세연학사는 당일 22:00부터 난방 공급 예정

※ 난방 종료일은 기상 상황 등을 고려하여 추후 안내 예정

2. 생활관별 난방 운영 및 조절 방법

  ※ 매지학사(전기판넬 건식 바닥난방) =>  호실별 ON/OFF 및 온도 조절 가능(최대 설정온도 제한)

  ※ 세연학사(심야축열 습식 바닥난방) =>  호실별 ON/OFF 및 온도 조절 불가 / 22:00부터 익일 08:00까지 중앙 일괄 난방 가동

  ※ 청연학사(온수전열 습식 바닥난방) =>  호실별 ON/OFF 가능, 온도 조절 불가

3. 기타 안내사항

  ※ 난방 관련 불편사항 접수: 세연학사 및 청연학사의 난방 조절 관련 불편사항은 생활관 홈페이지 내 고장수리게시판을 통해 접수해 주시기 바랍니다. 포탈 로그인이 어려운 경우에는 해당 학사 안내실을 통해 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

  ※ 난방 설정온도 기준: 모든 난방 설정온도는 실내 공기온도가 아닌 바닥온도를 기준으로 합니다.

  ※ 장기간 외출 시 난방 전원 관리: 매지학사 및 청연학사는 에너지 절약과 화재 예방을 위해 장기간 외출 시 난방 전원을 OFF로 설정해 주시기 바랍니다.

Notice on Heating System Operation

As the daily temperature range increases, Mirae Residence Hall will begin operating its heating systems according to the following schedule.

1. Heating Start Date

Heating is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

※ Seyeon Residence Hall: Heating is scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM on the same day.

※ The heating end date will be announced later, depending on weather conditions.

2. Heating Operation and Temperature Control by Residence Hall

※ Maeji Residence Hall (Electric Panel Dry Floor Heating) => Residents can turn the heating ON/OFF and adjust the temperature in their rooms, subject to a maximum temperature setting limit.

※ Seyeon Residence Hall (Nighttime Thermal Storage Wet Floor Heating) => Residents cannot turn the heating ON/OFF or adjust the temperature individually. /Centralized heating operates from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day.

※ Cheongyeon Residence Hall (Hot Water Wet Floor Heating) => Residents can turn the heating ON/OFF but cannot adjust the temperature.

3. Additional Information

  ※ Reporting Heating Issues: For heating-related issues at Seyeon and Cheongyeon Residence Halls, please submit a maintenance request through the Repair Request Board on the Mirae Residence Hall website. If you are unable to log in to the university portal, please report the issue to the office of your residence hall.

  ※ Heating Temperature Settings: All heating temperature settings are based on floor temperature, not indoor air temperature.

  ※ Heating When Away for Extended Periods: To conserve energy and prevent fire hazards, residents of Maeji and Cheongyeon Residence Halls are requested to turn the heating OFF when leaving their rooms for an extended period.

冬季宿舍供暖运行通知

随着昼夜温差逐渐增大，未来生活馆将按照以下安排启动供暖系统，特此通知。

1. 供暖开始时间

预计于2026年10月14日（星期三）15:00开始供暖。

※ 世延学舍：预计于当日22:00开始供暖。

※ 供暖结束日期将根据天气情况另行通知。

2. 各宿舍供暖运行及调节方式

※ 梅芝学舍（电热板干式地暖）=> 各房间可单独开启或关闭供暖，并可调节温度，但设定温度有最高限制。

※ 世延学舍（夜间蓄热式湿式地暖） => 各房间无法单独开启或关闭供暖，也无法自行调节温度。/采用中央集中供暖方式，每日22:00至次日08:00运行。

※ 青燕学舍（热水式湿式地暖）=> 各房间可单独开启或关闭供暖，但无法调节温度。

3. 其他注意事项

  ※ 供暖问题报修： 世延学舍及青燕学舍如有供暖调节方面的问题，请通过未来生活馆网站的故障维修申请公告板提交申请。如无法登录学校门户网站，请联系所在宿舍的办公室进行报修。

  ※ 供暖温度设定标准： 所有供暖温度均以地板温度为准，而非室内空气温度。

  ※长时间外出时的供暖管理： 为节约能源并预防火灾，梅芝学舍及青燕学舍的住户长时间外出时，请将供暖电源关闭（OFF）。
